Joining the network

• Registration is free. Submitting a profile does not guarantee that it will be published or that you will receive introductions.
• You must be at least 18 and able to work independently in the roles you describe.
• Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account.

Self-certification

You certify that the information in your application, CV, qualifications, employment history and profile is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. TFFS does not individually verify every declaration. A profile marked “Self-Certified” means you have certified it; “Verified” labels appear only where TFFS has carried out an actual check.

TFFS may ask for supporting evidence, amend your approved categories, or suspend or remove your profile if information is inaccurate or misleading.

The profile publication process

• TFFS reviews every submitted profile and decides whether to publish it. Profiles are never published automatically.
• TFFS agrees the categories you appear under and may edit public wording for clarity and consistency.
• Your photograph and indicative day rate appear only if you allow it.
• Once published, changes to your public profile are reviewed by TFFS before they appear; everyday details such as availability and rates can be updated straight away.
• You can ask TFFS to unpublish your profile at any time. TFFS may also suspend or unpublish a profile.

Introductions

TFFS introduces specialists to businesses whose needs match their background. Any engagement is agreed directly between you and the business. Rates shown on profiles are indicative only and are not quotations.

Keeping your profile current

Please keep your availability, working preferences and rates up to date, and tell us promptly about any change that affects your profile.

Ending your membership

You can withdraw your application or leave the network at any time from your account or by contacting us. TFFS may end your membership if these terms are not followed.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will tell you and ask you to review and accept the new version from your account before your profile can be published or republished.
